Hi, I’m Rachel (MACP), and I’m committed to supporting individuals through some of life’s most difficult challenges. I understand the weight of carrying struggles in silence, the quiet shame, the self-criticism that never seems to rest, and the feeling of being unseen.
In our work together, you’ll find a safe, non-judgmental space to pause, reflect, and make sense of what you’ve been holding. Together, we’ll examine the patterns, pressures, and expectations that have shaped your life, while uncovering the resilience, values, and strengths that have always been part of you.
My specialized training in eating disorders and disordered eating is informed by an understanding of how these challenges often intertwine with anxiety, depression, trauma, and the demands of everyday life. I also support individuals navigating neurodiverse experiences and the complexities of cultural identity, acknowledging the profound impact that family, community, and systemic forces can have on our mental well-being.
Whether you’re feeling stuck in unhelpful patterns, struggling to quiet a critical inner voice, or trying to make sense of your experience, you don’t have to face it alone. Together, we can work toward meaningful change, fostering a deeper connection with yourself, building tools to meet life’s challenges, and opening the door to renewed hope.

Hello! I’m Krista Sao (MACP, RCC) and I have an innate desire to help others because I know firsthand how detrimental poor mental health can be when left untreated. Navigating through life is extremely difficult when you lack the proper tools to help guide you. Being uncertain on how to move forward can lead to feelings of inadequacy as you underestimate your ability to cope.
Working with me will involve building new relationships with your experiences and how you process them. I will invite you to remain curious as I provide a safe space where exploration can occur organically and free of judgement. You are the expert of your own life, and I am merely the facilitator of new possibilities.
My hope for you is that you learn how to build a healthier relationship with yourself; a relationship that is grounded in trust and confidence. As you exercise your ability to choose, you will see how much power you hold! Learning how to process uncomfortable emotions will allow your inner healer to grow. Avoidant behaviour will provide temporary relief; however, your inner healer has the potential to create lasting change.

Welcome! My name is Kylee (MACP, RCT, CCC) and my approach is informed by my belief that we are all human, with a story, life experiences and struggles of our own. I understand how hard it can be to have a human mind that constructs various emotions, unhelpful thoughts and confusions that make us feel stuck and overwhelmed.
I work with individuals across the lifespan through a client-centered, culturally sensitive and socially-just lens, that recognizes and appreciates the unique intersectionalities of each client.
As your therapist I will strive to create a non-judgmental, welcoming environment in which you feel safe, supported and valued, as my goal is to be a compassionate and empathetic support on your journey of healing and wellness. I work with clients who are Autistic, ADHD, OCD, and experience sensory or emotional challenges.
I look forward to working with you!
