Hi, I’m Rachel (she/her). I’m here to support individuals navigating some of life’s most difficult moments. I understand the weight of carrying struggles in silence. The shame that lingers, the constant self-criticism that never seems to rest, and the feeling of not truly being seen.

My practice includes specialized training in eating disorders and disordered eating, with an understanding of how these struggles often connect to anxiety, depression, trauma, and the pressures of daily life. I also support individuals navigating neurodiversity and cultural identity, acknowledging the influence of family, community, and systemic experiences on mental health.

Hello! I’m Krista Sao (she/her). I have an innate desire to support others because I know firsthand how deeply our mental health can affect every part of our lives when left unattended. Moving through the world without the tools you need can feel overwhelming, and uncertainty about how to move forward can create feelings of inadequacy or self-doubt.

In our work together, we will focus on building new relationships with your experiences and the ways you make meaning of them. I’ll invite you to stay curious as we explore at a pace that feels safe and natural. You are the expert of your own life— I am simply here to help create space for new possibilities to emerge.

My hope is that you learn to build a more trusting, compassionate relationship with yourself— one rooted in confidence, self-awareness, and choice.
